Order Processing Time

All KolorTips orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods or flash sales, processing times may experience a slight delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to get your fresh manicures to you as quickly as possible.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions or carrier issues beyond our control.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery days provided above, please contact us at kolortips.info@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

At this time, our courier partners require a physical address for delivery to ensure your nail wraps arrive safely. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
