Refund & Return Policy
At KolorTips, we are committed to providing you with premium, salon-quality nail wraps. Due to the personal hygiene nature of cosmetics and nail products, we have strict guidelines in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following strict conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals perfectly intact.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We quality-check every order before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
To claim a replacement:
- You must notify us at kolortips.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must include a clear Unboxing Video showing the sealed package being opened, along with clear photos of the defect. This is a mandatory requirement to process any claims for transit damage or missing items.
Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement immediately. Refunds for damages are only issued if the specific design is out of stock.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
To maintain fairness and keep our prices accessible, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
- Color Discrepancies: We make every effort to display the colors of our nail wraps as accurately as possible. However, due to varying monitor and phone screen calibrations, slight color variations are normal and are not considered a defect.
- Application Errors: The longevity of KolorTips depends entirely on proper nail preparation (removing oils) and following the application instructions correctly. We cannot issue refunds for wraps that lift or peel prematurely due to user error.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or do not like the design after receiving it.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale, flash sale, or using a discount code are considered final sale.
4. The Return Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria in Section 1, please follow these steps:
- Email us at kolortips.in@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is unopened and in resalable condition, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
